When we refund
Because downloads are available immediately and cannot be returned, purchases are generally non-refundable. We will gladly refund or fix your order if:
- You were charged twice, or bought the same product twice by mistake.
- Your files will not open or download, and we cannot fix the problem within a few days.
- The product is materially different from its description.
- You did not receive access to your downloads at all.
Please contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@thechristmaslove.com with the email you used at checkout. We usually reply within two business days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Banks typically show them within 5–10 business days. When a refund is issued, the license to use those files ends.
Upgrades and bundles
Bought a single collection and then the Ultimate Bundle? Email us within 14 days and we will refund the smaller collection so you are not charged twice for the same files.
Free guides
Free guides are free, so there is nothing to refund. If a free download does not work, email us and we will send it.
Your rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
