Agreement
These terms apply when you use thechristmaslove.com, its digital products, and the Christmas Love Gift Exchange (the “Site”), run by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME, e.g. The Christmas Love LLC]. By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Accounts
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or buy. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
Digital products and your license
- Guides, planners, printables, and spreadsheets are digital. No physical items are shipped.
- When you buy or download one, we give you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own household, including printing as many copies as you need at home.
- You may not resell, share, upload, redistribute, or claim our files as your own, or use them for commercial purposes, without our written permission.
- Google Sheets planners require your own free Google account; Google’s terms apply to that service.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are confirmed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Special prices, such as the new-subscriber offer, are limited to the terms shown with them (for example, one use within 7 days). We may correct pricing errors and change prices for future purchases. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
The Gift Exchange
- The Gift Exchange is free. Organizers are responsible for who they add and how they share private links. Add people you know, use names they are comfortable with, and do not add children’s full names.
- Anyone with a link can see what that link shows, so share links only with the intended person.
- Do not use the Gift Exchange to send spam, harass anyone, or post unlawful, hateful, or explicit content. We may remove content or exchanges that break these rules.
- Gift purchases, prices, delivery, and returns are between you and the store you buy from. We are not responsible for products sold by other stores.
Content you add
You keep ownership of what you add, such as wish list ideas and messages. You give us permission to store and display it so the Site can work, and you confirm you have the right to share it.
Shopping links and ads
The Site contains affiliate links and ads. We may earn a commission when you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate & Advertising Disclosure.
Our content
The Site’s text, recipes, designs, photos, and logos belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to our pages; please do not copy our content without permission.

Recipes, budgeting ideas, boundary scripts, and lists of assistance programs are general information for personal use. Check ingredients for allergies and food safety. Budgeting content is not financial advice. Assistance programs, eligibility, and availability change and vary by location, so confirm details with each program.

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs if a claim arises from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
